• use HyperVote (https://hypervote.io/), or something like it, to make voting in local elections easier, more accurate, and more secure
• why note have "government duty", like jury duty? Maybe one council seat saved for a rotating member of the public?
• what should a formalized relationship w/ local First Nations (on whose unceded lands we live) look like? Designated seats on council (or parallel government structures?)? 
• participatory budgeting processes? How to include some aspects of Porto Alegre example here in Vancouver?
• everything--all meetings, decision briefing notes,  etc.--should be transparent and publicly available, preferably online 24/7
  
• revise Community Amenity agreement process to make it more transparent and accountable to community plans
• are we funding too many policy/PR jobs and not enough hands-on (building inspectors, bylaw officers, permitting clerks, etc.)?
